GeraPrompts is operated by Gera Services (registered in England and Wales). These Terms govern your use of geraprompts.gera.services as a marketplace for AI prompts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By accessing GeraPrompts you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Service Description

GeraPrompts provides a marketplace for creators to sell and buyers to purchase AI prompts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us at support@gera.services of any unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or engage in activity that disrupts or damages the service or other users.

6. Creator Obligations

Creators warrant that submitted prompts are original, do not infringe third-party intellectual property, and comply with applicable law. Gera Services takes no responsibility for creator-submitted content.

7. Payments & Fees

Creators receive 85% of the sale price. Gera Services retains 15% as a platform fee. Payments are processed via Stripe. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their prompts. By listing on GeraPrompts you grant Gera Services a limited licence to display and facilitate the sale of your content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gera Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
